Many radio stations, whether commercial (terrestrial) or internet streaming, fail simply because they can't focus on the target.
It's very easy to say "hey I have a database of 10,000 songs, I'll rotate them all and I'm sure the audience will love it." This is just like shooting 10,000 arrows into the air, maybe only 10 of those will hit the bullseye. In relation to your listeners, what happens when after 10 days they start leaving?
